These terms apply when you use the MyBasu apps and widgets. By using MyBasu you agree to them. If you got MyBasu from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.
Times are estimates
Arrival times come from the Land Transport Authority and are estimates. They can be late, early, wrong or missing. Journey times are MyBasu's own estimates. Please allow extra time when it matters, and check official notices during disruptions.
Provided "as is"
MyBasu is free and provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, accurate or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using MyBasu or relying on its information, such as a missed bus or a late arrival.
Fair use
Please don't misuse MyBasu or its server, for example by sending automated requests to api.mybasu.com, trying to get around its limits, or using it to build another service. We may block traffic that harms the service for everyone.
Data and credits
MyBasu contains information from LTA DataMall, made available under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0. Place search and maps use OneMap (© contributors, Singapore Land Authority). MyBasu is an independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by LTA, SBS Transit, SMRT, Tower Transit, Go-Ahead or the Singapore Land Authority.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
